Menugroup – Administration – Tax
Part 1 - Tax Screen of Tax is created to enter and edit the details related to Tax. Name of the tax is shown on top of the screen and amount of tax is shown in next line, Tax will be added automatically in the bill. If you give name of the Tax as per government rules and regulation it will be easy to update it in the future. If you pursue the service related to tax from Infinite India, Then you will get update related to tax free of charge. You also need to take on-boarding service, You should not change the entry of tax that are entered during the on-boarding process.
In above screen icon that is on right hand side is button of “save” to store data permanently in the disc. When you click on the empty box that is near the text name that means you select the box, Then the cursor that is blinking will appear in that box. When you enter all the details of tax click enter button, So the details will appear in the left box. The tax will be in the percentage format. To do that you don't need to write percentage sign at the end of tax. After editing the pen icon will disappear, It means the data is saved permanently.
To enter new details click on “new” button that is 3rd from right side, All fields will be empty and cursor will appear in the empty box.
Note: Initially use this screen to enter details, After that use this screen only when entering new tax details or whenever government change the value of tax.
You cannot delete any item form this list, because it can be related to any other items. You can only delete it when tax is not related with any other products.
Part – 2 – Products Navigation Administration -> stock -> Products Form “product Listing) OB4 In above screen you can view all the categories that are barcoded or not barcoded which you were written in “Product Listing OB4”. Note: This forms will be given to you as our “on boarding service”.
Part 3: Category Navigation Administration -> stock -> category
From above screen you can divide products into their categories which from they belongs. After that click save button that is on the top-right corner. And the detail will appear into the left box. This screen is useful to enter all the details in Hishab system, After entering all details this screen will be only useful adding or deleting details.
Changes in Catalog As per above screen when you select any category from box it will rounded by blue line, Then click on button that is in right named “Add to Catalog” and to remove any item from the catalog click “Remove from catalog”. To product catalog as mentioned in part-4 use “Product Listing OB4”, where you should write all the products that you want to add in the system.

Part – 4 Stock Maintenance Navigation : Administration -> stock -> stock maintenance
Form Business Locations OB 3 : In this screen warehouse is written two times and there two dropdown box (General is written) This box is only useful when you keep storage of your products more than one warehouse. For that you need to add details of godawn or warehouse, You need to add details in the form This screen is used when you buy or take any products from other warehouse, Any categories item you take away from another warehouse, You should enter product list here. In this screen there is keypad on the right hand side, which you can use either by mouse click or by keyboard. If product is barcoded then just use scanner to make sale. To make this entry you need “Product Listing OB4”, (which you need separately for every warehouse). Then you need to add data on daily basis, Or you can make entry into the register during work and make entry into computer during night time or even early in the morning.
Part -5 Stock Diary Navigation : Administration -> stock -> Stock Diary
In above screen you can see all the details that you have listed in “ Product Listing OB4”. Here you can change price of the products
Part – 6 Products By Warehouse : Navigation : Administration -> Stock -> Products By Warehouse
We will make entry of the products to the customers that pursue our “OnBoarding Service”, and it will helpful to you when you need to purchase the products again. You can decide minimum and maximum of the products according to their sales. You can change it by yourself Note : To made any business successful and easy taking decisions at right time is the key factor. In Userguide 3 information on the stored items and products will useful to take administrative decisions. For example, Order of which products... This information are available in seven type of reports.
Navigation : Administration -> Stock Part 7 – Reports :
In above screen you can see a section of reports. Products, Product Labels, Catalog, Warehouses, Current Inventory, Current Inventory Broken and Inventory Diary : Each one in details as follows.
In above screen you can see reports of every products name, categories, Tax, Sell Price and Buy price. You can also take it's print out. To do that first click on the categories that you wish to take report and the click on button “Execute Report”. For example , I click on categories from the dropdown box, So list are retrieved from the database, where I can see list of salads and the categories by clicking “Execute Report”. It also shows sell price with tax and without tax.

Part 8 Reports and Charts : Navigation : Administration -> Sales -> Cash By User One machine can be used by more than one person, By this screen you can see the sales of each user on the machine. Report is as shown below.
Navigation : Administration -> sales -> Product Sales In this screen you can view how many products has been sold. Also you can view the total cash as shown below.
Navigation : Administration -> Sales -> Tax This screen is useful when you want to count taxed amount with tax and with out tax. It is as shown below.
Navigation : Administration -> Sales -> Sales Chart In this screen you can see the total cash by user in graphic mode which is looks like below.
Navigation : Administration -> Sales -> Products Sales This screen show you total of product Sales in chart mode.
Part 9 Maintenance
By this screen user can maintain all the data and take print out of user reports. Also user can connect Hishab POS with other software like ERP by last two buttons.
Navigation : Administration -> Maintenance -> Users you can enter name of the person, designation and photo in this screen, and also make editing.
Navigation : Administration -> Maintenance -> Role By this screen you can enter the role of user and it's work, also you can make editing.
Navigation : Administration -> Maintenance -> Resource This screen will help you to change any picture that are shown in Hishab System.
Navigation -> Administration -> Maintenance ->Warehouse When products are stored in more than one place, This screen shows all the details of the warehouses.
Navigation : Administration -> Maintenance -> Floors This screen shows the map of the Restaurant or your Work place.
Navigation : Administration -> Maintenance -> Tables You should enter table location and name that you desired to show in the map.
Reports of Users : In this screen you can see details of all the employees, which can be useful to make ID card. Click Users reports button to take print out of that page. And the last two buttons are useful to connect Hishab System to ERP software.
