manager in exemted from which responsibility in hishab system?

manager is responsible for all tasks expect maintainance that belongs to Administration menu, print and configuratoon that belongs to System menu.

what is the meaning of menu and menu group?

menu means list of all the work as per section that can be done in the system, menu group means list of work which were done under the perticular section list

what is the meaning of 'log-in' ?

In computer you have to give your name and password for work authentication, this process  known as log-in. In that way other unauthorised user cannot enter and unable to view data of your system

what is procedure to enter and change password in hishab system?

Administrator has rights to change password of own and also other users in hishab system, to do that go to administration menu group then go to maintainance, it contain user button that make you to change password of your own and others.

how your password should be?

generally password should be minimum 8 characters, it should be alpha-numeric, it means it is better to write combination of numbers and characters more than 8 characters, that cannot be easily guessed by others

why it is important to change password and when one should change password?

generally one should change password atleast once in month, or more earlier, to avoid any fraud or any misuse by unauthorised person.you should remember your password, it is better to write it in your personal diary, and rewrite with date whenever you change the password.
